How do I prepare for my appointment?

- Unsure what your skin needs? New clients, please book the New Client Consultation + Treatment. Please note *Advanced treatments : DMK, Skinpen + Chemical Peels require consultation*
- New Clients - have a detailed list or bring in your current skincare regimen.
- Please arrive on time, with a bare face if possible.

How long should I wait to get a facial after botox/fillers?

It is advised to wait at least 2 weeks for any facial treatments after receiving botox or filler in order to avoid any manipulation or shifting of the botox or filler beneath the skin. If you’re doing both in the same day, get your facial prior to any injectables.

Whats your product return policy?

Returns of Glymed Plus + SkinBetter Science purchased through the online website links fall under the return policies of those websites as they are separate entities from The Florida Facialist LLC. Please contact those websites in the case of receiving a damaged product or returns.

How can I purchase a Gift Card?

You may purchase a giftcard online and it will remain on file until used. The email applied on the purchase is where the digital giftcard will be sent. A physical giftcard may be picked up by appointment or shipped within 7 days of emailing the shipping address.

Cancellation Policy

Life can happen - I understand! I kindly ask to respect my time, as I do yours - so I can give you the best of your service possible! Please read over the following policies prior to booking your appointment:

A credit card is required to secure your appointment - however, you will not be charged upon booking. Your credit card will only be used if you fail to change or cancel your appointment within 24 hours. At the time of checkout - you may change your payment method if you wish to do so, including giftcard holders. Please understand I run a tight schedule and can not accommodate you if you’re more than 10 minutes late to your appointment.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of appointment including No-Shows and clients who arrive too late to accommodate (>10 mins) - will be charged a $100 fee for service appointments and $25 for product pick up appointments.
